Bengals Summer Camp
Strength & Performance
There are currently 3 sessions available for high school athletes to register under. Each session is tailored to, but not limited to the groups listed.
Session 1 (7:00am - 8:30am) - Male BHS Students grades 9 & 10
Session 2 (8:30am - 10:00am) - Male BHS Students grades 11 & 12
Session 3 (10:00am - 11:30am) - Female BHS Students grades 9 - 12
Each session will be capped at roughly 90 athletes per session, so please encourage your players to register quickly to reserve their spots for their preferred session.
We also have a Co-Ed Middle School Strength & Performance Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This program will start on Tuesday, June 20th and run until Tuesday, August 1st.
Session 1 (8:00am - 9:30am) - (Co-Ed Incoming 6-8th Graders)
Session 2 (9:30am - 11:00am) - (Co-Ed Incoming 6-8th Graders)
