Strength & Performance

There are currently 3 sessions available for high school athletes to register under. Each session is tailored to, but not limited to the groups listed. 

We also have a Co-Ed Middle School Strength & Performance Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This program will start on Tuesday, June 20th and run until Tuesday, August 1st.
