SESSION 1 - 6:30AM (MALE 11/12)
SESSION 2 - 7:00AM (MALE 11/12)
SESSION 3 - 7:30AM (MALE 10/11)
SESSION 4 - 8:00AM (MALE 9/10)
SESSION 5 - 8:30AM (MALE 9/10)
SESSION 6 - 9:00AM (8th GRADE MALE)
*8TH GRADERS THAT HAVE DONE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF M.S. SUMMER STRENGTH*
SESSION 7 - 9:30AM (FEMALE 8/9/10)

SESSION 8 - 10:00AM (FEMALE 9-12)

We also have a Co-Ed Middle School Strength & Performance Program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This program will start on Tuesday, June 17th and run until Thursday, July 31st.
